Q. Where will the bus pick us up?

A. Pick up points and locations will vary by tour. We will have a Canton pick up for all trips. It will be stated in the tour description. If your group charters a bus, you can choose the pickup points.

Q. What is included in the fee?

A. Our motto is Sip, Sample and Shop along with Food, Friends and Fun. We cover the sipping and sampling, the food and the fun. You cover the friends and shopping.  The fee also includes the bus ride, all gratuities, tours and talks, surprises and prizes.

Q. What safety measures are you taking?

A. Group size is limited to about 30 guests on a 55 seat bus.  We will follow the recommended guidelines and venue requirements. Hand sanitizer is available.  The bus is sanitized before each trip.  We ask that you please stay home if you have any symptoms of an illness.  We want all of us to stay healthy!!

Q. How much food is included?

A. Plenty! Our tours include treats as well as snacks and meals at restaurants and shops.  You will not go hungry….we promise!

Q. What should I wear?

A.  Be comfortable, dress in layers. While stilettos and Grecian sandals are super sexy, we recommend sensible walking shoes for our tours. Depending on the tour, there may be more walking involved than others and it will be noted in the description.  On all tours you will be on your feet throughout the day.

Q. What should I bring?

A. Because many of our tours cover food shopping, we recommend bringing a cooler with ice pack to store perishable purchases. You may need cash (for instance, shopping at a market) but most other venues accept credit cards.

Q. How can I pay for my reservation?

A. Personal checks by mail. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Q. Must I reserve in advance?

A. Yes.  We limit seats on the bus. All tours require payment in full to secure your reservation by the date we state for each trip.  Trips fill up fast and it is first come-first served.  Most eateries and shops require advance notice/payment for expected guests especially when they have limited seating at this time.

Q. What if it rains?

A. You may get wet! Tours go on, rain or shine. We might cancel in case of volcanic eruption, or if fewer than our minimum sign up. In which case, we will promptly refund your money.

Q. Will I receive tickets?

A. No tickets needed. Once you speak to us to complete your reservation, you are on the roster and we will communicate with your prior to the trip via email and a phone call with all the necessary details.

Q. If I cancel, can I get a refund?

A.  Most tour companies do not off refunds for one day trips.  Passengers can be substituted. With COVID, we understand the need to be flexible and we will evaluate the no-refund policy as the COVID situation changes.

Q. Can I bring children?

A. We love kids, but our tours include walking, standing, listening and shopping, which might be boring to the younger set. So we don’t recommend our tours for those under 14.

Q. Can I book a tour for a private group, organization or business?

A. Absolutely!! We’d love to plan a special trip just for you! In most cases, we can tailor the tour to meet your group’s special interests.

Q. Will there be restrooms available?

A. The vehicles we utilize have a restroom and at several locations during the day.

Q.  Can I do your tour if I have a cane or walker?

A. You need to be mobile enough to get on and off a bus, do stairs, walk on sidewalks, etc.  Some of our more “active” trips will be noted as such and although we will assist as much as we can, ultimately you are responsible for you.
