New for 2019- Our Grapes and Grains tour! Whether you prefer stem, stein or shot, this tour has a beverage for you. We will wander through the rolling hills of Coschocton County on our way to visit FOUR wineries, a brewery and a distillery.
The Foodie Field Trip motto is “Sip, Sample, Shop,” so we will be enjoying all three during this day-long tour. We’ve found two fabulous shopping stops, with unusual items you might not find closer to home. And of course, there will be delicious food. We will be noshing on the bus, enjoying coffee and a treat at a locally owned bakery, and eating lunch at a locally owned restaurant. As always, there will be hijinks on board to make the travel time fly. Get ready for games and prizes, treats and recipes.

On this tour, new for 2018, we will follow in the footsteps of some of Cleveland’s famous chefs, including Michael Symon, Zack Bruell, and Jonathan Sawyer. We are excited to announce that one of our stops is a hip new eatery in the district many of you have been clamoring to visit – the Flats East Bank.
Our day starts with breakfast at a diner, where we wil enjoy one of Michael Symon’s favorite dishes. Like all our tours, our day will include a stop at the venerable West Side Market.

After a fun-filled bus ride to Cleveland, our first stop will be for a iconic Cleveland treat from a famous food truck that was featured on two TV shows. Then we will head to the venerable West Side Market for some shopping. (Several places at the Market have been featured on TV – your guide will tell you which ones and what to buy.) The rest of the day includes two, yes two, lunches, specialty shops and a sweet suprise. Hint – “I scream, you scream, we all scream for …” Eight TV-worthy stops in all.
